Back in Canada, you'd just call the police and it would be dealt with in a semi-timely manner. Here, you call the police and get told to call the environmental health people. You call them only to find out that they conveniently close office at like 11pm (because we all know most noise complaints never happen after 11pm). So then you decide to leave a message and they'll just flat out ignore you. Lovely! Don’t you just love how they handle noise complaints here?
