Or just ride a motorcycle... the sound will kill your hearing and the combination of adrenaline and soothing motion is unbeatably relaxing - lasting hours after the ride. It's the ultimate therapy.

My sheets are 100% cotton but I have no idea what the thread count is. I've never really payed attention to sheets, but I've been thinking about them lately.

Another good tip, I think is to keep your sleeping habits regular. Pretty much my only problem is staying up too late on the weekend and sleeping in. It messes up my sleeping pattern and I don't feel tired Sunday night. A good circadian rhythm is your friend.

Another thing for some people is what you do in your bed. If you go on your laptop and watch TV and do all sorts of things in your bed, your body might get used to the idea of it being a multi-purpose area. But if you just sleep (and have sex) in it, that could help. While we were discussing consciousness and sleeping, my psychology teacher said "Beds are for sleeping and sex." :P

I could sleep on a clothes line... at a metal festival.

Oddly, I find myself most refreshed after a good 1-2 hour afternoon nap than my main over night sleep. On Saturdays I tend to get up at 9 ish and do anything I need to do. Then I have lunch and take a nap. I wake up around 3 and feel like a million dollars.
